Why can’t I proceed through checkout or make changes on the cart page?

If you’re experiencing issues with checkout, try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache. If the problem persists, we recommend using an updated browser like Google Chrome or Firefox.

Orders FAQ

Do you keep a record of previous orders?

Yes, our database securely stores order history to provide better service, helping us keep track of purchases and tailor recommendations based on your preferences.

Is there a minimum order requirement to purchase from your site?

No, we do not require a minimum order to shop at Funowls.

How do I find my order number?

After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation that includes your order number. You can also view it by logging into your Funowls account and checking your order history.

Payment and Invoice FAQ

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and any other valid credit card from any American or Canadian bank or company. We also offer a Buy Now, Pay Later option via Sezzle.

Can I pay by cheque or wire transfer?

No, we currently accept payments only by credit/debit card or PayPal or Sezzle.

Can I combine multiple payment methods?

Unfortunately, we do not support combining payment options for a single order.

Pricing and Taxes FAQ

How is tax applied to my order?

Taxes vary by Canadian province and are added to the product price based on your location. We do not collect taxes from US customers. Plus there are no taxes on prescription glasses for both Canadian and US customers.

Can I price match my sunglasses?

Yes! If you find the same sunglasses elsewhere at a lower price, let us know, and we’ll refund the difference within 14 days of your purchase.

What is your price match guarantee?

We offer a “Best Price Guarantee” on many products. If you find the same item at a lower price elsewhere, we’ll match it and refund the difference within 14 days.

How do I request a price match?

Simply email us at customerservice@funowls.com with the link to the lower-priced item. We’ll verify it according to our guidelines, and if it qualifies, we’ll process your refund.

What are the Best Price Guarantee Guidelines:

- Applies only to designer sunglasses and eyeglasses.
- Only items from authorized Canadian or US retailers with exactly same model, size, and color qualify.
- Excludes prescription lenses, contact lenses, and promotional offers.
- The request must be made within 14 days of your order.
- Minimum price difference is 1 CAD.

Are there delays with Buy Now, Pay Later orders?

No, Sezzle pays us immediately, so we process your order as usual.

Is there a credit check with Sezzle?

No, Sezzle does not require a credit check.

Requirements to use Sezzle:

- Must be 18+
- Have a Canadian or US phone number
- A valid email address
- A debit or credit card (or bank account for US customers)

What is the interest rate?

Sezzle is entirely interest-free with no hidden fees, as long as payments are timely.
