Where an order is cancelled by us after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment.
4. Pricing, Errors and Promotional Offers
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties and shipping charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Site, typographical, pricing, promotional or product-information errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to cancel or refuse any order placed on the basis of incorrect information, even after the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Where a Buy Now, Pay Later or instalment payment option is offered at checkout, that option is provided by a third-party provider and is governed by a separate agreement between you and that provider. Approval, instalment scheduling, fees, interest and the timing of any refund credited back through such a provider are determined solely by that provider and are outside our control.
6. Prescription Requirements and Verification
You hereby certify that you have a valid, unexpired prescription for the contact lenses or eyeglasses that you are ordering. By placing an order, you represent and warrant to Certified Sunglasses that the information you enter into the Site is valid and true, and matches exactly the prescription issued to you by your eye care provider.
You further certify that you will renew your prescription in strict accordance with the regimen suggested by your eye care provider. You understand that we will not fulfil your order unless you have a valid prescription. You hereby consent to our contacting your eye care provider, or to providing a copy of your original prescription to us, if necessary, in order to verify your prescription information and any other necessary information.
We strongly recommend that you send your prescription to us by email at orders@certifiedsunglasses.com after your order is submitted, quoting your order number, or submit it through our Contact Us page at certifiedsunglasses.com/pages/contact. We will be happy to verify all information before production begins. Please note that returns and refunds are not available where a prescription has been entered incorrectly by the customer; please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Deliveries and Processing Times
Deliveries will be made as soon as possible to the address on your order and are made on a "best effort" basis. Subject to delays outside our control, the overall delivery period will not exceed 30 days.
Prescription Order Deliveries
Quality is our highest priority. Our frames are made of the highest quality acetate and premium metals, while our premium lenses with the latest technology are made from the finest lens materials, including but not limited to polycarbonate, High Index MR-8, High Index MR-7, High Index 1.74 and more. To ensure the best compatibility and fitting, lenses may require additional time depending on their complexity. Stock lenses are shipped within 5–8 business days and surfaced lenses are shipped within 7–14 business days. Prescription orders that require additional customization may require further processing time.
Sunglasses and Frame Orders
In-stock pairs of sunglasses are shipped the same day or the very next business day with the fastest delivery option available. For backorder items, most brand orders are received by us within 3–7 business days, and we ship them the same day we receive them. Occasionally an order may take longer than 7 business days; in such cases we will inform you of the situation.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not include carrier delays, customs clearance, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated into them by reference. Please review that policy before placing an order. 9. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders
Where the Service offers products or services on a subscription or recurring-order basis, you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until the subscription is cancelled. You may cancel a subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided at the time of enrolment or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Recurring orders for contact lenses remain subject to the prescription validity requirements set out in these Terms.
10. Product Colour and Description
Certified Sunglasses has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor or device, we cannot guarantee that your display of any colour will be accurate. We have attempted to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by the Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Conduct
