We're an authorized dealer, for every brand we carry.
Every pair comes to us through the brand's own authorized channels. That is the only real guarantee of authenticity there is, and it is why the brand's warranty applies to what you buy from us. No grey-market imports, no "sourced from a partner", no guessing. If we can't get a pair the authorized way, we don't sell it.
Your pair is ordered fresh for you, and nobody wears it first.
We don't keep a shelf of pairs that have been handled, tried on and put back. When you order, we order your exact pair from the manufacturer. It arrives sealed in the brand's original packaging, with the case, the cloth and everything else the brand includes, and it has never been on anyone's face. Returns are never resold, so "brand new" means exactly that.
We check every pair, then keep you posted.
When your pair lands here, we match it to your order (model, colour, size and lenses), make sure nothing is damaged or missing, and hand it to the carrier the same day. You get an email at each step, and only at each step, with your tracking number the moment it ships. If a pair is ever running late, you hear it from us first, with a clear update and a way out if you'd rather not wait.
Why it takes about a week
Because your pair is ordered fresh rather than pulled from a shelf, most orders arrive in 3 to 8 business days, or about a week. It's a few days slower than a warehouse store. It's also the only way we know to promise that what you unbox is exactly what the brand made, untouched, every single time.

Free shipping applies to every order to Canada and the US, including US territories and military addresses. US orders have no tax added at checkout; if import duties apply, they are collected on delivery.

A good optical store will sell you an authentic pair too, and we'd never tell you otherwise. What it usually can't promise is that nobody has tried your pair on first, or that you can do the whole thing from your couch, with free shipping and a free 30-day return window.
Looked after, before and after you buy
Free 30-day returns and exchanges
Not quite right? You have 30 days from the day it arrives to return or exchange it, free. Email us and we send a prepaid label. Just keep the pair as you received it, with the packaging, case and accessories, and we refund your original payment method once it's back with us.
2-year manufacturer warranty, handled by us
Every pair is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for two years: faulty hinges, screws or nose pads, or lens coatings that peel. If something goes wrong, email us a photo and your order number and we handle the claim for you, with a replacement or a full refund. Everyday wear and accidents aren't covered; the warranty page has the details.
